Instant Pot Strawberry Compote

I absolutely love making Strawberry Compote in the Instant Pot. It tastes amazing with yogurt and over desserts like cheesecake! 🙂 It’s super simple to make and only requires 4 ingredients.

Start out by chopping two lbs of strawberries and putting them in to the Instant Pot.

Add the orange juice, honey and sugar and mix. Allow the strawberries to sit for 5-10 minutes.

Close the lid and cook on HIGH pressure for 4 minutes and then allow the Pressure to Release naturally for around 10 minutes.

Allow the compote to cool and then store it in a Ball Mason Jar.

Enjoy your Strawberry Compote with some Instant Pot Yogurt. 🙂
